It's been about 14 weeks since I first experimented with this style.  I tried, failed, tried a new way, and semi succeeded because suddenly people started booking!  I have had so much fun with this series, and it has truly helped me focus and work towards my goal of turning my photography into my career.  I've learned through these "black background sessions" that this is truly what I want to do.  I love horses, and absolutely love photographing them.  I never get tired of it.  I'm always learning from them.  And that's how I want to feel each day as I'm working.

So anyway, here are some of my favorites that I photographed this summer.
